At Clearday Clubs of Leon Valley, we believe every day holds the potential for connection, joy, and dignity, no matter where someone is on their journey with aging or memory loss.

Located in the heart of Leon Valley at 6812 Bandera Road, our center offers a warm, structured environment where older adults thrive during the day while their family caregivers get the rest and peace of mind they need.

We are proud to serve the greater San Antonio community, including Veterans and their families, as a contracted provider through the VA Community Care Network (TriWest).

WHAT WE OFFER

Health and Clinical Services

Cognitive and Memory Care

Physical Wellness

  • Supervised physical activities and gentle exercise programming

  • Therapeutic activities that support strength, balance, and mobility

  • Access to our dedicated therapy and wellness room

Socialization and Enrichment

  • Meaningful group activities, music, art, and reminiscence programming

  • Use of our large common activity area designed for engagement and comfort

  • An inviting outdoor courtyard where members can enjoy fresh air and time in nature

Nutrition

  • Nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks served daily

  • Menus developed with the dietary needs of older adults in mind

  • Accommodations for common dietary restrictions and preferences

Clearday Clubs Leon Valley is designed for older adults who benefit from structured daytime care, meaningful activity, and skilled health support — including those living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive and physical challenges. We are a trusted resource for:

A NOTE FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES

San Antonio has long been a city that stands behind its military community — home to Joint Base San Antonio, one of the largest military installations in the nation, and a city whose identity is inseparable from the men and women who have served. The Veterans who have worn the uniform carry with them a lifetime of sacrifice, courage, and commitment — and that deserves to be honored in every aspect of the care they receive. At Clearday Clubs Leon Valley, Veterans are not just welcomed; they are deeply valued members of our community. We consider it a privilege to serve those who have served us all, and we are committed to providing care that reflects the dignity and respect every Veteran has earned.

Clearday Clubs Leon Valley is an authorized provider through the VA Community Care Network (TriWest). Eligible Veterans may be able to receive adult day health care services at little or no out-of-pocket cost through their VA health care benefits. If you are a Veteran, a Veteran's caregiver, or a VA social worker or geriatric care coordinator, we welcome the opportunity to walk you through the referral and authorization process.

OUR FACILITY

Our Leon Valley center was designed with our members in mind so it is spacious, accessible, and filled with natural light. Highlights include:

  • A large common activity area that serves as the heart of our daily programming — lively, warm, and built for connection

  • An outdoor courtyard where members can enjoy time outside in a safe, enclosed garden setting

  • A dedicated therapy and wellness room for individualized health and therapeutic support

We are conveniently located at 6812 Bandera Road, Suite 124, San Antonio, TX, easily accessible from Leon Valley, Helotes, Lackland, and surrounding west San Antonio communities.

Clearday Clubs Leon Valley is a clinically grounded, professionally operated adult day health care center committed to open communication with referring providers. We will keep you informed, respect your care plans, and partner with you to support your patients' health and quality of life between visits.

How It Works

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
