PRESIDENT AND CEO

B.J. Parrish is the President and a Board Member of Clearday Clubs.  He oversees strategic direction and ensures everyone at the company is meeting the highest standards of financial and operational performance.  He has been a corporate officer and board member in the senior living space since 2012 and in the adult day services space since 2021, with the founding of Clearday Clubs.  He has an impressive background in leadership and corporate finance across different industries including oil and gas, real estate, technology, and senior living.  Prior to his work in the senior care space, Mr. Parrish was an executive and board member in the commercial real estate industry where he oversaw the financial management of over 3.5 million square feet of properties across the Southwest United States.  He helped secure over $150 million in debt and equity financing and directed the company in the purchase and sale of over $250 million in real estate transactions.  Mr. Parrish earned his BBA in Finance and his MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

Gary Sawina is the Executive Vice President of Operations and a Board Member of Clearday Clubs. In that capacity, he is the officer that oversees all aspects of the development of Clearday's real estate, the design and build-out spaces for Clearday's Adult Day Care centers. He also provides operational support for all day to day operations of the company. In addition, he has been integral to the company’s efforts to modernize the adult daycare space by adding creative ways to integrate technology and forward thinking to the daily care experience. Prior to joining Clearday, Mr. Sawina directly oversaw the management of numerous new construction projects, ranging from $42 million to $500 million in capital expenditures in Nevada, Louisiana, and Indiana. Mr. Sawina is a Las Vegas native and has had a career leading teams in the gaming and hospitality industry as well as senior care for more than 40 years. Mr. Sawina holds his B.S. in Business and Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - CARE AND CLIENT SERVICES

Linda Carrasco is an Executive Vice President of Client Care Services and a Board Member of Clearday Clubs. She oversees all care services and helps ensure the operational standards that Clearday Clubs has in place as well as the regulatory standards enforced by the states in which the company operates are strictly adhered to. She has been with Clearday Clubs since its founding in 2021 and has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is instrumental in helping our members and their families address life challenges and improve their well-being. She has an extensive background and experience in all levels of caring for the elderly, including skilled care, memory care and assisted and independent living. The company relies heavily on her relationships with families, Veterans Affairs, and the state regulatory agencies. Ms. Carrasco received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University and is a Licensed Social Worker, Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner.
